
An experienced workshop and conference facilitator, Paul Smith has led management programmes at The Management Centre Europe (MCE), Brussels; The Austrian Management Academy (ÖAF), Vienna; Forum Institute for Management, Heidelberg, Zentrum für Unternehmensführung (ZFU), Zurich; Lufthansa Flight Training, Frankfurt; The Universities of Bremen, Erlangen, and Munich (TUM); Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein, Kiel; The British Council, Munich; and The Centre for Global Dialogue, Zurich & New York.
Paul was for 4 years Chairman of “The English Public Speaking Competition“ (a co-operation between The Financial Times – Europe, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung), and is himself a popular international speaker on the subjects of innovation and change. He is author of “German Secrets” a light-hearted guide to German business and culture.
Paul studied corporate design and holds a master’s degree in visual communication from London‘s Royal College of Art. After graduating he worked on educational technology programmes for The Open University, System Research, Cambridge Consultants, and Ferranti‘s Brain Sciences Research Project.
